• Always wear your participant badge.
• Be personally present for registration, drawing of lots and announcements of results.
• Close the windows and door before you start practicing in the music school. 
• Please sign up in our office ONE HOUR BEFORE your audition, even if you don’t use the practice room.
• No rehearsals  at Asamsaal (Steinway C), as there is not sufficient time for a rehearsal for everybody. Please understand that we want to be fair to all competitors.
• For prizewinner who will play at Stadthalle, we'll organize a rehearsal in the hall (Steinway D) »

• All other persons please buy tickets as soon as possible at the Touristinformation Ettlingen (in the castle) or online on https://ettlingen.reservix.de/p/reservix/event/2296180 »
Price: 17,50/20,-/25,- Euro (2,50 Euro reduction for pupils and students). 

• You can order a high quality video and still pictures of your performance. The recording will be made available as a download link in various resolutions approximately one day after your audition. Price: 40  Euro (cash), please order and buy during your registration in our office.

• Please inform the office immediately if you change your accommodation or phone number, so that we can contact you at any time.
• Don't hesitate to contact our staff for any question, doubt or problem concerning the competition.
